On Tuesday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested two Romulus residents after authorities say they conspired to steal two prescription medications belonging to another customer at a local business.
Officers say that around 3:20 pm Anthony Charlton, 30, and Elizabeth Yonker, 29, both of Romulus were arrested on varying charges related to the theft of two prescription medications, which belonged to another customer at a business in Seneca Falls.
Charlton was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny, and sixth-degree conspiracy.
Yonker was charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy.
Both Charlton and Yonker were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 8th at 10:00 am.
